1. Who we are

amironda.com is run by GOVELASO LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17506827), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Amironda" mean GOVELASO LTD. You can reach us at info@amironda.com.

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you get an email confirming we've received it. That email isn't yet an acceptance. Your order is accepted, and the contract between us starts, when we ship it. If we can't accept an order (for example because an item is out of stock or a price was shown wrongly), we tell you and refund anything you paid.

You need to be at least 18 to order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the store's currency. The delivery cost is shown at checkout, before you pay. You pay in full when you order, by card through our secure checkout. We may change prices on the website, but the price you paid for an order doesn't change.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. If an order is much later than the estimate, contact us and we'll sort it out.

5. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains how to return an item and get your money back, including the 60-day money-back guarantee.

6. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours and sizes can vary slightly from what you see on screen.

7. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of that. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, and nothing here takes away your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Using the website

You may use this website to browse and buy for yourself. Please don't misuse it, copy its content for commercial use, or try to interfere with how it works. The content on it belongs to us or the people who licensed it to us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the consumer law where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
